Dr. Lizzy Moerman: Founder of LUXE
Hello. Please allow me to welcome you to my practice, LUXE a Medical Practice & Med Spa. I started my practice with the vision of a ONE STOP family practice to give my patients the convenience of having access to medical/urgent care as well as beauty services, all in one place, for their whole family. My practice is all about the client because everyone deserves the best quality care without feeling rushed and at Luxe, that is exactly what we provide to each individual. I attended Purdue University for my undergraduate studies and Graduate school at South University in GA. I am also a certified Master aesthetics provider & provide high quality beauty services. I'm certified in Holistic Care and medical weight loss and obesity medicine. In 2020, I was recognized as Top Family Provider by the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. In 2024 Luxe was nominated for Best Weight loss clinic in NWI and we won 2nd place. I was also nominated for Best Women in Business award in 2024 and I continue to live up to my recognition with each of my patients. Hope to see you soon.
Dana Pinkerman, FNP
Hi, my name is Dana, I am a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I am certified in injectables; botox, filler, and kybella. I have experience in surgical care, critical care, chemotherapy, hospice care, weight loss, and aesthetics. I received my bachelor's degree at Indiana University Northwest and obtained my master's degree at Purdue University Global. Active listening is very important to me to be able to provide adequate care to my patients. Patient-centered care is necessary in my opinion to provide individual specialized care plans to each patient. I am very passionate about medical weight loss program and discussing the options with patients that are ready to make some healthy lifestyle changes in their lives with assistance of medication.

Hi, my name is Jacki and I come to Luxe with a wealth of knowledge. I specialize in a variety of medical services with my favorite being testosterone and weight loss; as well as spa services, including Botox, fillers and laser treatments. I come to Luxe with years of experience in the industry and I'm committed to providing you with the best possible care.
